All prices plus 13% HST. You get a written estimate before any work starts, and under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 we can’t charge you more than 10% above it. Your replaced parts come back to you on request. There is no shop supplies fee — disposal and consumables are itemized at cost.

About These Prices

Before or after tax?

Before. HST appears as its own line on the invoice, never folded into the quoted number.

Do you charge a shop supplies fee?

No. Disposal and consumables are itemized at cost. Percentage-based “shop fees” are a way of raising a price after you’ve agreed to it.

Can the bill come in higher than the estimate?

Not by more than 10% — that’s Ontario law. And if we find something that changes the job, we stop and call you before doing anything.

Do you price-match?

On tires, yes — bring a written quote from a local shop on the same model and size. Labour rates we don’t match, because a $19 install usually means something got skipped.
