A set of four tires takes a metre of floor space, smells like rubber, and doesn’t fit in a condo locker. Leave them with us. We wash them, bag them, tag them with your plate, and keep them dry, racked and out of sunlight — the two things that actually age rubber.

Plus 13% HST. A season is six months. Unused months are prorated if you take the set back early.
Why Not Just Keep Them on the Balcony
UV and ozone are the enemy
Sunlight and outdoor air harden rubber and crack sidewalls faster than mileage does. A tire stored badly can be finished before the tread is.
We log tread both ways
Depth measured at drop-off and again at pickup. You get a number, not a shrug, when you ask how much life is left.
Scanned in, scanned out
Every set is barcoded. “We can’t find your tires” is a sentence you will not hear here.
Questions
How long can I leave them?
A season is six months and most people roll straight into the next one. If a set sits past twelve months with no contact, we call you before doing anything with it.
Are they insured?
Yes — fire, water and theft. Every set is scanned in and out, so there’s a record of exactly what we hold for you.
Can you store tires that aren’t on rims?
Yes, and loose tires actually store better because they stack. Same price.
What if I sell the car?
Pick the set up any time during shop hours, or tell us in writing and we’ll release it to the buyer. No exit fee, unused months prorated.
Reserve a Rack Space
Racks fill up in October and again in April. Booking a changeover automatically reserves your space.
